Architectural walkthrough enables and empowers more than just architects. This is also a tool for Real Estate and Building Developers; virtually anyone interested in using an architectural walk through to demonstrate upcoming projects and their concepts down to the smallest detail. Interactive technologies and high quality 3D models will grasp your investor’s (or potential investor's) attention, by showcasing the best parts of your project.
VostokVR knows this better than anyone.
Case Study. We were approached by a certain iconic coffeehouse chain to create interactive installation. What this means, is that investors can use hand gestures to control an interactive walkthrough, in a coffeehouse that has yet to be built! There is nothing like customized Google Cardboard to bring this walk through experience home to our clients. We have also developed a VR experience for the project.
IMMERSIVE PHOTO RENDERS
Real estate companies can't do better for investors and clients than offering an immersive photo render of the property in question. This new wave technology in VR is the ultimate sneak peek, providing extraordinary insight into what is possible in interior design, utilizing every meter of space, and so much more.
So what is an immersive photo render? Basically, it's modeling that starts out with a basic presentation of the space; its layout and dimensions. Next comes more detailed images of the interior modeling, a preview shot, and eventually a final rendering of exactly what a completed room will look. An immersive photo render lets you tweak and experiment with art installation, and the overall look of a real estate property until you get it exactly right. Meanwhile it's fun to look at, as images appear to have real volume in comparison with 2D panoramic tours.
VostokVR offers you our compelling case study:
Our 360 photo-tour for the Gear VR headset helped a popular hotel-chain. Instead of photos that looked too "unnatural and flat" to the customer, our product boldly recreated the hotel in 3D, using a special VR technique; one that gave us dramatic depth that a traditional photo-camera is simply incapable of.
What are VR Serious Games? At VostokVR, we define these as VR simulations of real-world events that seek to train a wide variety of professionals. Our 3D training enables engineers, maintenance and healthcare personnel – just to name a few – to practice their vocation or craft in a simulated environment that looks and feels stunningly real.
The distinct advantage to 3D training is how it can simulate a real life emergency, such as a fire, tornado or system fail, but in the sanctuary of your training space. This form of VR helps clients gain the necessary knowledge and problem solving skills to be perfectly prepared in any given situation; to excel in their chosen fields.
VostokVR Serious Games and 3D training exercises are designed with real life situations in mind; with 3D instructions for the staff. Using a step by step guide, our mobile platform educates field engineers in the latest technologies, sparing these professionals the grind of making costly business trips and conference calls. When your company seeks to save time, money, and resources VostokVR can be an integral part of the solution.
It's no wonder highly successful companies look to full-dome projections as their marketing tool of choice. You can compare it to a portable movie theatre -- only more light weight, and fast and easy to set up. Clients can customize their inflatable domes' size and seating capacity, as well as find stands for projectors, media servers and other AV equipment. The sound system is top notch, and reaches as many spectators as you wish.
VostokVR offers installation of small (3-7 meters) mobiledomes, ideal for your next formal event or private party, as well as huge, (20-30 meters) dome akin to an Omni theater. You can rent or purchase our amazing domes outright. We are constantly improving our product, by creating 360 video content for Full Dome projections, including computer graphics.
Our case study proves Full-Dome Projection is great for cross marketing!
A VostokVR customer, one of the largest FMCG companies in Eastern Europe, wanted to launch their new line of premium products in a way that turned heads, and all but dominated social media. They succeeded by participating in a film festival, with their own mobile 7m full-dome! The dome did a fantastic job of showcasing their brand, and at the same time, it showcased local artists and filmmakers; this drew over 4,000 festival goers in just two weeks!
Augmented Reality (AR) Marketing
When you overlay 3D images and models on top of conventional marketing materials (think brochures), what do you get? The answer is Augmented Reality, something our clients are keen to use when they need to showcase a product from different angles, or simply distract from their product not being ready to launch yet. AR Marketing creates a tremendous buzz, and lets you show customers exactly what to expect from the product once it does launch.
This VR revelation is ideal for clients in automotive, architectural and public relations industries; no surprise there, considering VostokVR's familiarity with mobile AR marketing, using either smartphones or tablets. Easy to say when you honed your craft with one of virtual reality's greatest pioneers, Microsoft Hololens exploration.
Our AR Case Study:
When a legendary car brand approached the VostokVR team for help launching their new car model, we were as concerned as they were. The problem was, their launch was delayed for a few months, yet they needed something to present, at a nationwide car show, NOW! We kicked it into high gear, and repurposed the car company's existing marketing materials, so they worked as an AR marker that showcased both the interior and exterior of the car. Prospective buyers were psyched to try out options including colour, wheels design, lights and more!
