NEW VIRTUAL REALITY APPLICATION FOR JOHNSON & JOHNSON
Virtual Reality Finds New Application in Market Research
The answer to aligning a company to its target market lies in fully understanding the customer. Johnson and Johnson global inside teams work year round to put themselves in the shoes of those using their products.
To stay on top of their game, Johnson and Johnson brought global leads closer to their consumer by incorporating virtual reality (VR) in market research presentations. Vostok VR completed this new 360 degree cinema application featuring customers in six different countries in a remarkably short seven days. The final product immersed the viewer in the environments of real families selected for having typical biometrics like age, religion, income status and marital status.
Final videos were aired to over 100 geographically diverse employees during the multinational company’s Innovation Week. The videos were also used for management brainstorming sessions to aid in informed business decision making.
